The surruonding area is known for some of the largest elephant tusks ever recorded.You can trek to the top of Kilimanjaro on one of two main routes,the shire route and the machame route.
Arusha is a small safari town in close proximity to Kilimanjaro International Airport,you can stay at some charming coffee plantations and intimate hotels and recharge before setting off on safari the next day. You’re guaranteed a great cup of coffee to send you on your way.
