Arrive Auckland (City of Sails), you will be met by a UTT representative who will assist you with transfer to Hotel Crown Plaza (Centrally located hotel). Evening free for relaxation or explore the city by own. Few mins walk to Sky Tower where you can do Sky Jump or Sky Walk and test your spirit. Overnight at the hotel.
Morning breakfast, later today play golf at Titirangi Golf Course. New Zealands only Dr. Alistair Mackenzie designed course Titirangi is a must play golf course and great starter af ter a long journey. This beautiful course is set in the heart of Auckalnd.
Afternoon brief sightseeing tour of Auckland visiting visit Kelly Tarlton's underwater world, speed boat experience. Overnight at the hotel.
Morning breakfast, later leave by surface for Paihia. (3hrs drive).
On arrival check in at Hotel, From here you have access to wonderful activities including boat trips out to the Islands, as well as cultural activities such as The Waitangi Treaty Grounds. And of course just down the road is one of the worlds Top 100 golf courses, Kauri Cliffs. Overnight at the hotel.
Morning after breakfast, play golf at one of the most incredible courses in the world - Kauri Cliffs and savour every moment of it. Arguably one of the most spectacular golf courses, it was voted a top 100 course in the world by Golf Magazine 2005 and 2007 , and 2009. The course will meet and exceed your expectations.
In the afternoon, we suggest a trip out to The Hole in the Rock (boat trip), or visit the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, scene of the signing of a treaty between the indigenous Maori chiefs of New Zealand and the British Monarchy in 1840, signifying unity between the two cultures a significant event in New Zealand History. Overnight at the hotel.
Morning after breakfast on time transfer to airport for flight from Kerikeri to Taupo in the morning, and then be transferred to Hotel.
Rest of the day free for Leisure. Ovennight at the hotel.
Today play golf at Wairakei International Golf Course - Just ten minutes drive away. (Wa irakei International, formerly a Top 100 outside the US as rated by Golf Digest Wairakei is New Zealands oldest and most established international golf course. Wairakei is a parkland layout, set in mature pine forests with almost all of its 18 holes framed in privacy by larch and pine trees.).
Evening free. overnight at the hotel.
A day trip to play Cape Kidnappers. A drive of 1 hour 4 5 minute s through some of New Zealands most beautiful countryside takes you to the Hawkes Bay where you will play one of the most incredible golf courses in the world. This magnificent Tom Doak design was ranked best new course in the world when it opened in 2004 by Travel and Leisure Golf Magazine, and more recently ranked a top 100 course in the world by Golf Magazine.
After golf return back to Taupo, overnight at the hotel.
Full Day Sightseeing tour of Rotorua – Lots to do. Only 50 minutes drive from Taupo. Rotorua is the cultural heartland of New Zealand.
Morning leave for Rotorua, on arrival visit Te Puia Whakarewarewa provides an excellent chance to view the boilling mud pools and geysers and the model Maori village provides an insight into New Zealand's indigenous people. Also visit visit Rainbow Springs and Sky line where you can view our native flora and fauna including the rare Kiwi bird and do Gandola Ride. An enjoyable way to end the day is with the native Maori Hangi (feast) and concert - a great night’s entertainment! Overnight at the hotel.
Only 15 minutes drive f rom Taupo, is the newest and most exciting course to date to be built in New Zealand. The Kinloch Club is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and was opened in 2007 to international acclaim. It was rated as the top new course outside North America by Travel and Leisure Golf and the links style of the course offers a challenging, yet rewarding test of golf to all ranges of golf ability.
Rest of day at leisure or SUGGESTED EXCURSION : The mighty Waikato River is the only river that feeds from Lake Taupo (Lake Taupo incidentally is regularly ref erred to as being the size of Singapore!) On the Waikato River there is the mighty Huka Falls a must visit when in the region where over 220,000 litres of water squeeze through a 20 metre wide gorge. How about a jet boa t trip to see it up close and personal !
Morning on time trasnfer to Auckland, 2hr 30mins drive on arrival on time transfer to International Airport for onward journey.
